The standard XT2 Buggy has proven to be an extremely popular rally cross racer for those looking for a larger fun machine to take over the park and local playing fields. With its steel drive train, constant shaft driven 4WD, heavily braced countersunk chassis, independent oil filled shocks and XTM247 engine, the XT2 Buggy is built to bash and hard to beat, especially as it's supplied in a ready-to-run format from the factory!However, from requests received we've realised that some demand a car they can take to their local club to race too. With this in mind, we've modified the XT2 Buggy and created the new XT2 Racer - Track Edition. This is an enhanced version of the XT2 RTR with the addition of a new race-legal O.S. MAX pullstart engine, beefed up shock absorbers, 7075 hardened aluminium suspension holders and Proline Crime Fighter^TM tyres.To mark the change we've even run a revised colour scheme for the body shell, the wheels and the 17mm drive hexes and washers to make a buggy that's as eye-catching as it is high performing! And, it's supplied ready-to-run from the factory, so you can be at the club and racing as soon as you want!
